Missionaries

New missionaries arriving (13 new missionaries) at the Helsinki Airport October 28th.

New Missionary Training at the mission home. Five weeks after arrival of new missionaries, we bring them and their companions back to the mission home for 3 days of training.

Each month, normally the last Friday of the month, is Mission Leadership Training (MLC) with all of the zone leaders, sister training leaders, assistants and Luana. We normally gather around our dining room table for the meeting. This is a wonderful time of learning.

Meeting People

Portugal Trip

In mid-October, we traveled to Lisbon, Portugal, for the 2014 fall Europe Area Mission Presidents Seminar where all 30 Mission Presidents serving in Europe were instructed by the Area Presidency (Elder Teixeria, Elder Kearon and Elder Dyches). On the way to the hotel from the airport we passed under this aqueduct, which was built by the Roman before the time of Christ. Amazing.
